What is the Purpose of an Apartment Gentrification School?
LIFES Apartment
Gentrification School was designed to give apartment owners the skills
to gentrify or renovate their run down apartments with life threatening
health, safety and sanitation issues, and give their tenants the social
skills and resources to make drastic life changes. These changes will
include showing respect for self, family, neighbor, home and your
property so that after the apartments are gentrified or renovated, they
will not be forced to have to move. This will create a “Gentrification
without Relocation” of the present tenants so ‘EVERYBODY WINS!”
Most gentrification of apartments are needed as a result of low income
tenants, owners and management staff showing little respect for these
properties. Therefore, the first gentrification step is to change the
behaviors and attitudes of all parties. “LIFES Apartment Gentrification
School” was designed to train apartment owners, their management staff
and tenants through four separate courses. Also, after your apartments
are gentrified the value may triple with greater equity if you decide to
keep the property or sell it.

There were apartments for sale in Memphis, Tennessee with 224 units that
were selling for $2,200,000 in 2008. Due to the present state of the
economy they went down in 2009 to $1,500,000. In 2010 they are presently
selling for only $700,000! Imagine the income these can produce per
month! These apartments could provide decent housing for 224 families in
need like the example in Georgia. Situations like this are taking place
all over the country.
